Terms

Website information and an agreed service are different.

These public website terms explain use of the information and how engagement starts. A signed service and licence agreement defines an implementation. This page does not replace that agreement or legal rights.

Information, proposals and access.

Published descriptions explain the intended system and offer structure. A form submission requests a conversation; it does not create a licence, production account, payment obligation or authority to process school data. Scope, fees, deliverables, support, authority and data arrangements are agreed in writing. No online purchase or automated school onboarding is offered here.

Responsible website use.

Do not submit student data, confidential case material, passwords or files you have no right to disclose through the commercial enquiry channel. Do not interfere with the website, evade access controls, send spam or misrepresent affiliation. Public material may be read for evaluating the offering; copyright and lawful exceptions remain applicable.

Institutional licence matters.

The separate contract covers parties, campuses, users, subjects, grades, term, fees, implementation, IP, confidentiality, data, AI, providers, permitted use, payment, support, termination, data return and deletion, dispute processes and applicable law. Cancellation, renewal, liability and service commitments are not invented as universal terms on a web page. Non-waivable statutory protections remain intact.

Independent status and corrections.

HATTIQ is not a DBE, IEB, Cambridge, Umalusi or publisher product. Curriculum references identify alignment questions only. Report an error or rights concern to info@apertureforensic.com. Website material may be corrected and versioned; a later change does not retroactively create a right or permission. Notice version 1.0, 7 October 2026.

One teaching need is enough to begin.

Tell us the school context, curriculum, grades and subject. We will clarify the work and commercial basis before implementation.
