Pilot fee.

A fixed implementation fee covers an agreed limited pilot. The proposal defines duration, teachers, subjects, grades, baseline, outputs, review and the final report. Any additional work requires a separate agreement. A pilot is an evaluation, not guaranteed academic improvement.

Annual licences.

Teacher: an individual configured workflow. Department: a subject team and shared review. School: agreed institutional users, grades and subjects. Group: a negotiated campus or network scope. The signed agreement specifies the permitted users, term, deliverables, support and renewal basis. A school licences the system; it does not acquire the core.

Optional implementation work.

Quote separately for a curriculum pack, subject onboarding, training, migration, authorised historic-material conversion, custom templates, advanced question handling, assessment development, school-specific configuration, additional storage or processing and integration. No protected third-party collection is included simply because conversion is technically possible.

Commercial and data terms before activation.

The proposal identifies the actual commercial operator, fees, taxes where applicable, payment terms and cancellation or renewal process. Institutional agreements, data arrangements and authority are settled before production access. Applicable consumer, electronic-commerce and PAIA requirements must be checked for the actual entity and transaction; online checkout is not enabled.
