HATTIQ Department.
A subject team can align grade progression, shared templates and departmental standards. Agree moderator or head-of-department review, common material and correction ownership. The aim is consistency between classes while preserving professional judgment and room for different teaching methods.
HATTIQ School.
A school scope can cover multiple subjects and grades, role-based access, school templates, implementation support, training, management oversight and an integration plan. The school-specific governance and data schedule define what information may enter each workflow. These capabilities are configured through implementation, not activated by a contact form.
HATTIQ Group.
For school networks, agree central standards, campus boundaries, local adaptation, group reporting and licence administration. Aggregated reporting should avoid unnecessary individual learner information. Each campus’s authority, access and retention rules must be clear.
Confirm the right contracting authority.
Public-school governance and professional management have distinct roles under the Schools Act. The principal, governing body and applicable departmental or provincial requirements must be considered for the actual agreement. We do not assume that one office may sign every school contract. Independent-school authority is also confirmed under its own arrangements.
