Learner support

A clear channel for a real academic question.

HATTIQ can support a school-defined academic email or question workflow. The teacher and school determine how it is used, who reviews answers and when learners can expect a response.

Ask for enough academic context.

A grade, topic, question number, page and exact difficulty are usually more useful than a long personal history. Questions can concern concepts, examples, homework, revision, terminology or a suspected error. Do not send unnecessary personal, medical, disciplinary or family information.

Human review of academic responses.

AI may help classify questions, find the relevant approved material and draft an explanation. Remove identity from further processing where it is unnecessary. Responses follow the school’s review rules. An automated draft is not a binding teacher decision and must not be described as one.

Set honest expectations.

The academic channel is not continuously monitored and answers are not necessarily immediate. It is not an emergency, counselling, medical or safety service. Learners must use the school’s designated channels for urgent or sensitive matters. This commercial website does not operate a shared inbox for children.

Keep learner communication within school control.

A school implementation identifies the academic address, authorised reviewers, response process, retention and correction route. No student list, private email or identifiable question is published here. A school-specific channel starts only after the appropriate agreement and data controls are in place.
