Commercial enquiry information.
The contact form sends the professional details you provide to info@apertureforensic.com through the configured website mail service. It is used to respond, qualify the request, define scope and prepare a proposal. No learner information should be submitted. Consent to this enquiry does not authorise marketing, school access or processing a child’s information.
Separate school processing.
Determine the responsible party and operator roles for each workflow, the lawful purpose, minimum fields, recipients, access, storage and retention. POPIA’s general conditions and additional protection for children and special information remain applicable. De-identification is preferred where identity is unnecessary; context or a voice can still identify someone.
Security, retention and external services.
Restrict access and use proportionate safeguards. Enquiry details are not written into the website’s anti-spam records; short-lived controls use random tokens and keyed hashes. The receiving mailbox and hosting provider may retain technical records. Keep personal information only as long as justified by the relevant purpose or lawful requirement. Actual provider locations, deletion and any cross-border transfers must be assessed, not assumed.
Questions, correction and access.
Use info@apertureforensic.com for a privacy enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive detail. Requests for access, correction, objection or deletion are handled under the applicable law and identity checks. School-held learner information follows the school’s designated process. The Information Regulator provides statutory complaint routes. Applicable PAIA information must identify the actual operator and Information Officer; this page is not an invented PAIA manual.
Cookies and website content.
The HATTIQ pages set no analytics, marketing or preference cookies. Language is selected in the page URL. No recordings, learner lists, identifiable transcripts or academic emails are published. Hosting, email or external sites have their own processing practices; a no-cookie page is not a claim that no technical information is ever processed.
