HOW THE TWO-ROUTE MODEL WORKS.

Partner-Instructed Delivery is the primary professional-adviser route. Direct Referral remains available when you prefer Aperture to manage the specialist engagement directly.

PARTNER-INSTRUCTED DELIVERY

  1. Identify the factual trigger.
  2. Submit the assignment.
  3. Aperture reviews and confirms scope.
  4. Aperture issues the Partner Delivery quote.
  5. The partner pays in full in advance.
  6. Aperture works independently.
  7. Aperture delivers the branded report to the partner.
  8. The partner delivers or incorporates it for the client and keeps its own retail margin.

DIRECT REFERRAL

  1. Register and introduce the client.
  2. Aperture verifies attribution and fit.
  3. Aperture scopes with the client.
  4. The client pays Aperture in full in advance.
  5. Aperture performs and delivers the work.
  6. The qualifying referral benefit is handled under the current partner schedule.

ONE MATTER, ONE ROUTE.

The same matter does not receive both a Partner Delivery discount and a referral commission unless Aperture expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Every matter remains subject to acceptance, lawful use, professional boundaries and written scope confirmation.

Urgent Follow-Up / CommunicationFor an existing or time-sensitive matter. Include the matter reference, what changed, what response you need and the exact deadline with time zone.
