Aperture Channel Partner Programme
ADD INDEPENDENT EVIDENCE CAPABILITY WITHOUT GIVING UP THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.
Use Aperture as a specialist capability when your client work exposes a material external fact, claim, assumption or evidence gap that requires independent testing.
Keep your client. Add the specialist capability.
You stay client-facing. Aperture handles the defined evidence question.
Built for professional firms that already have the client relationship.
The existing Channel Partner model can fit M&A and transaction advisers, law firms, private-equity and corporate-development advisers, restructuring and insolvency practices, forensic-accounting and advisory firms, management consultants, procurement and third-party-risk advisers, compliance professionals, family-office advisers and other specialist firms that encounter defined factual uncertainty in client work.
The commercial structure does not change: use Partner-Instructed Delivery when you want to remain client-facing, or Direct Referral when you prefer Aperture to handle the specialist engagement directly.
CHOOSE THE ROUTE THAT FITS YOUR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.
OPTION 1 · PRIMARY ROUTE
PARTNER-INSTRUCTED DELIVERY
Recommended for advisers who want to remain fully client-facing.
You retain the client relationship, instruct Aperture directly on the defined factual assignment, pay the applicable Partner Delivery Rate, receive the Aperture report and determine how you package and price the work to your own client.
Your client relationship remains entirely with you.
No client introduction is ordinarily required.
Aperture invoices the Channel Partner.
Full cleared payment is required before work begins.
You determine your own end-client price and markup.
Aperture remains responsible for its own independent findings.
Prefer not to introduce the client directly? You do not have to.
OPTION 2
DIRECT REFERRAL
Recommended when you prefer Aperture to handle the specialist engagement directly.
You introduce the client. Aperture scopes, contracts with and invoices the client at the applicable retail price, performs the work and delivers directly. The Channel Partner receives the applicable referral benefit under the current partner schedule where permitted.
Aperture contracts directly with the client.
The client pays Aperture in full before work begins.
Aperture handles specialist administration and delivery.
The partner receives commission only after a qualifying paid engagement.
No subcontract administration is required.
Simple referral. No subcontract administration.
Client relationship protection
YOUR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP REMAINS YOURS.
Under Partner-Instructed Delivery, Aperture ordinarily works through the Channel Partner. Direct contact with the underlying client is not required by default.
Aperture will not use access obtained solely through a Partner-Instructed Assignment to market unrelated services directly to the underlying client without the Channel Partner's knowledge and consent, except where Aperture had an independently established relationship or the client independently approaches Aperture.
Professional independence
YOU DEFINE THE QUESTION. APERTURE RETAINS CONTROL OF THE ANSWER.
The partner controls
The commercial question, relevant context, intended use, requested scope and how the Aperture report is packaged around the partner's own advice.
Aperture controls
Its evidence methodology, source assessment, analytical process, findings, confidence, limitations and reliance classification.
Standard Partner-Instructed Delivery is not white-label. Aperture work remains Aperture-branded and identified as work performed by Aperture Research Works unless a separate written arrangement has expressly been approved.
Payment and delivery
EVERY ASSIGNMENT STARTS WITH SCOPE AND CLEARED PAYMENT.
All Aperture work is payable in full in advance unless Aperture expressly agrees otherwise in writing for a specific matter.
Any stated delivery period begins only once the scope is confirmed in writing, all required information has been received, and cleared payment has been received by Aperture.
In a Partner-Instructed Assignment, the Channel Partner's payment obligation to Aperture is independent of whether or when the underlying client pays the Channel Partner.
Private commercial detail
APPROVED PARTNERS RECEIVE THE DETAIL PRIVATELY.
The public page explains the model. Exact Partner Delivery rates, referral commissions, product schedules, forms, permitted-use rules, agreement options and working materials are kept inside the Private Partner Room after identity and fit review.
The private Partner Room contains the commercial detail a genuine prospective partner needs to evaluate the opportunity properly, including commission structures, indicative earnings, attribution and payment mechanics, working documentation and partner-specific terms.
Before issuing an access code, we ask you to identify yourself and give us enough information to confirm that the prospective relationship appears legitimate, relevant and suitable for an initial fit review.

Controlled partner material
Private partner material is delivered directly after fit review.
Aperture does not publish, encrypt or unlock private commercial partner material in browser source. Approved partners receive the relevant material through a controlled direct-delivery route after fit, status and scope have been confirmed.
Choose the route that matches your situation. A real person will review your message. Formal instructions, evidence and sensitive documents should be sent by email or an agreed secure transfer route.
Do not send confidential evidence, identity documents or large files in the first WhatsApp message. We will confirm the appropriate submission route.
