Seller and buyer work stay independent
Aperture may work with buyers, sellers or authorised professionals, but does not assume it can represent opposing interests in the same transaction. Every engagement requires conflict review, identity checks, confidentiality protection, lawful-source and licensing assessment, then explicit human acceptance. We will not silently reuse one party's private evidence for another party.
A transparent starting point: send only the factual question, jurisdiction and required decision date. Sensitive records come later through an approved secure method.
Depending on the agreed service, you receive a bounded evidence memo, fact-to-source matrix, chronological record, contradiction register, document gap list or human-reviewed monitoring update. Source limitations, unanswered questions and contrary evidence are included. Results are not guarantees or substitute professional opinions.
For general government context on selling a business, see the U.S. Small Business Administration. Personal information handling should also consider FTC business data-security guidance.
Your seller mini-site
Each of the 26 services above has an individual product page and PDF guide. We only accept work following a lawful-source, conflict, scope, capacity and written fee review.
A written offer, not a sales call
Start with the business entity, the jurisdiction, the relevant sale stage and a specific documentary question. A human reviewer checks the research fit and returns a written scope and standard fee if the matter can be accepted.
No fee is charged through this webpage. No confidential documents should be emailed before secure handling is agreed.
This form does not transmit or store your answers. It prepares an email that you must review and send yourself.
Buyers, sellers and professional advisers may need different evidence scopes. See our lawful, independent buyer review framework and document request checklist. Seller-side work is assessed separately for conflicts.

Written client communication, scope coordination and follow-up
See a clearly fictional, illustrative output layout before you request a written quote. A real investigation would require separate evidence access, scope and human review.
