A defined independent research assignment

Asset Continuity & External-Record Reconciliation

Historic sales, operating closures and present estate schedules do not easily align. A source-referenced chronology and entity-asset matrix explaining what the records support and what requires primary instruments.

No phone call required. No investigation or financial commitment begins with an enquiry.

The written handoff

What you will receive

  • Chronology of publicly traceable asset events
  • Entity-by-entity continuity matrix
  • Claim-to-document trace register
  • Contradictions, contrary explanations and narrow evidence requests

Scope boundary

Included and excluded

Proposed starting scope: One defined matter with named entities and transaction window; schedule extracts supplied only under approved terms.

Not included:

  • No opinion on title, lien enforceability or closing validity
  • No valuation, accounting assurance or forensic audit
  • No automatic access to omitted closing schedules

How the evidence is tested

We start with the precise proposition, identify authoritative and role-distinct sources, compare source dates and legal entities, actively test contradicting and innocent explanations, and classify the reliance limit. A reviewer approves the external finding before delivery.

Equity in a subsidiary and assets owned by the subsidiary must not be conflated.

An illustrative question

An estate asset schedule lists a subsidiary interest while marketing materials describe that subsidiary’s operating assets; distinguish the two.

This is an example of a question the product can address. It is not a claim of completed work for an identified third party.
