PUBLIC EVIDENCE LIBRARY

Evidence problems worth defining before you rely on the answer.

This library is not a collection of conclusions about real people or companies. It is a set of public scoping references showing how recurring professional questions can be reduced to testable propositions, relevant evidence classes, contradiction risks and clear professional boundaries.

How to use the library

START WITH THE FACT THAT MUST BE RIGHT.

Choose the question closest to the decision you face. Each note explains what should usually be established, the kinds of evidence that may be relevant, common contradiction or evidence-gap signals, and how Aperture would frame the factual work without replacing legal, investment, medical, engineering, accounting or other specialist judgement.

Selected public scoping references

EXPLORE BY EVIDENCE PROBLEM.

The library will continue to grow, but these references already span transactions, litigation, procurement, governance, scientific work, technology, research, insurance, infrastructure and other evidence-intensive contexts.

A note is not a finding

REAL MATTERS REQUIRE SOURCE-LEVEL WORK ON THE ACTUAL PROPOSITION.

The library helps define the question. A commissioned matter tests the actual entities, dates, records and source trail relevant to the client’s decision.
