Professional accountability

Concerns about process, communication or professional conduct may be raised in writing.

A written complaints route supports traceability, fair review and a clear response.

How to submit

Email info@apertureforensic.com and include the case reference, the concern, relevant dates and the outcome requested.

How it is reviewed

The complaint will be assessed against the agreed scope, communications, deliverables, professional boundaries and available project record.

  • Receipt and identity of the matter are confirmed.
  • Relevant records are reviewed.
  • Any factual disagreement is separated from service or conduct concerns.
  • A written response or request for clarification is provided.

Limits

A complaint process does not require Aperture to adopt a preferred conclusion, remove supported evidence or exceed lawful and professional boundaries.
