Agree eligibility and value
The written terms identify the account holder, currency or credit value, eligible work, allocation rules, holds, taxes and refund treatment.
Aperture account funding
A prepaid account or credit arrangement may be used for eligible Aperture work under agreed account terms. First confirm the assignment and commercial basis. You do not need to buy credits simply to ask a question or request a quote.
Before you pay
The written terms identify the account holder, currency or credit value, eligible work, allocation rules, holds, taxes and refund treatment.
Follow the payment instructions for the agreed transaction. Card and wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider.
Payment must be verified and matched to the account and transaction before an allocation can be treated as available. A payment attempt is not a confirmed balance.
Using an agreed balance
Confirm the scope and authorisation for each assignment or agreed recurring unit. The applicable terms determine when an amount is reserved, charged, released or held. A funded account does not require Aperture to accept unsuitable or unlawful work.
Credits or prepaid balances are service funding, not a general cash account, interest-bearing investment, cryptocurrency or unrestricted third-party payment facility.
Questions about an account
For allocation, payment matching, holds, refund requests or a proposed funding amount, email info@apertureforensic.com with the relevant account or invoice reference. Do not send full card details, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials.
