Aperture Research Works

A defined independent research assignment

Matter Evidence Triage

An urgent decision turns on one external fact, but available records are fragmented. A short written verification note showing the supported position, contradictions, limits and next required evidence.

No phone call required. No investigation or financial commitment begins with an enquiry.

The written handoff

What you will receive

  • Decision question and source scope
  • Dated fact and contradiction matrix
  • Evidence confidence and access limitations
  • A precise request for remaining documents

Scope boundary

Included and excluded

Proposed starting scope: One legal entity or identified event; one primary question; public and lawfully accessible evidence only; a defined search cut.

Not included:

  • No legal advice, lien priority or conclusive title
  • No interviews, site visits or confidential record access
  • No guaranteed finding or deadline

How the evidence is tested

We start with the precise proposition, identify authoritative and role-distinct sources, compare source dates and legal entities, actively test contradicting and innocent explanations, and classify the reliance limit. A reviewer approves the external finding before delivery.

Urgency does not remove the requirement to verify entity identity or source date.

An illustrative question

A Florida assignee needs the public identity and status of one assignor checked before deciding which additional records to request.

This is an example of a question the product can address. It is not a claim of completed work for an identified third party.

Source categories for this assignment

  1. Florida Department of State business records. Florida corporation, trade name and state lien record search.
  2. U.S. Courts PACER case finder. Federal dockets and filed documents; access/fees may apply.
  3. SEC EDGAR official filings. Public reporting company disclosures and agreements.
  4. Florida Senate §727.108 (2026). Assignee duties and appointment of professionals; a legal framework, not a hiring guarantee.
