A defined independent research assignment

Estate & Counterparty Records Review

Names in invoices, creditor lists and company records are inconsistent or reflect historical relationships. A documented cross-reference of entities, aliases and time-bounded public sources for the professional’s follow-up.

No phone call required. No investigation or financial commitment begins with an enquiry.

The written handoff

What you will receive

  • Counterparty entity crosswalk
  • Records/aliases/filing comparison
  • Evidence gaps and cautionary distinctions
  • Source links and update cut

Scope boundary

Included and excluded

Proposed starting scope: Up to five named corporate counterparties; one matter; defined jurisdiction and date window.

Not included:

  • No creditor claim allowance or priority decision
  • No financial-account certification or tracing of nonpublic funds
  • No representation that matching names alone identify same legal entity

How the evidence is tested

We start with the precise proposition, identify authoritative and role-distinct sources, compare source dates and legal entities, actively test contradicting and innocent explanations, and classify the reliance limit. A reviewer approves the external finding before delivery.

Legal identity must not be inferred from name similarity alone.

An illustrative question

A creditor schedule uses a trade name where the source registry uses an LLC; identify the unresolved legal identity link.

This is an example of a question the product can address. It is not a claim of completed work for an identified third party.
