For US importers, distributors and owner-led manufacturers
Know the company behind the invoice before you release the deposit.
You have a new supplier, an unfamiliar overseas contracting entity or a changed beneficiary on payment instructions.
An impressive website, a factory photo or a certificate does not, by itself, establish who owns the supplier, who will receive the money or whether the claims apply to the entity on your contract.
A real person scopes, researches, checks and signs off the evidence work. Technology assists; it does not approve findings.
The decision on your desk
Release a supplier deposit or pause until the counterparty is verified?
You have a signed quote and a deposit deadline, but the trading name, registration, factory claim and bank beneficiary do not quite match.
Avoid relying on another group company’s credentials as if they belong to the proposed supplier.
Know exactly which payment discrepancy needs a separate, authenticated confirmation.
Give procurement a concise record to justify the next step without an open-ended investigation.
The actual work
What our people will examine for you.
Each line connects to a material question in your decision. We test what the record supports and what it does not, rather than producing a generic AI summary.
Match the exact contracting entity to available corporate records and declared trading names.
Trace material ownership or group relationships where lawful records permit.
Attribute capacity, authorisation and certificates to the correct named entity and period.
Compare pro forma invoice, payee and payment-change notices; identify what requires independent bank/channel confirmation.
Check relevant public regulatory, dispute and adverse-information sources proportionately.
Prepare a written release, hold or clarification list for your procurement decision.
Your deliverables
A completed dossier your team can act on.

- Claim-to-source register covering up to eight material assertions
- Payment-instruction exception checklist
- Top red flags and gaps ranked by business consequence
- Specific verification questions for supplier and internal authoriser
- Human-reviewed evidence memorandum (PDF)

Complete 11-page example of report structure, evidence reasoning, calculations and limitations. The illustrated case is fictional, not a previous client assignment.

Questions that matter to your purchase
Is the $2,950 fee fixed?
It is the proposed standard fee for the defined scope, pending final written commercial approval. We confirm the actual facts, jurisdiction, records, permitted work and final terms in writing before accepting it. We never add unapproved work to the bill.
Can I use my own AI system instead?
You can use AI for a preliminary review. What you commission here is human-directed independent source work, documented contrary-evidence testing, dated attribution, reviewed calculations and a defensible evidence handoff. If your internal process can already do that adequately, there may be no reason to buy this service.
Can you investigate a confidential matter?
Start with a short non-sensitive outline. A human reviewer confirms conflict checks, lawful source access, privacy safeguards and an appropriate transfer method before we receive confidential files.
Can my team use the review repeatedly?
Yes, subject to each matter being accepted. Repeat matters may use a reusable written scope and simpler onboarding, where appropriate. Each matter retains its standard approved fee and separate acceptance; no automatic discount or subscription applies.
