No payment is collected with the initial enquiry. Jurisdiction, confidentiality, tax treatment, evidence access, deliverables and scope must be reviewed and accepted in writing before an assignment begins.

Pay for completed, bounded evidence work
Explain the business, decision and deadline without uploading confidential files. Enquiry and fit screening do not cost money.
One scoped assignment at a time; no mandatory subscription, equity interest, transaction commission or automatic extension.
Standard payment conditions: assignments up to $895 are invoiced when accepted; larger assignments are billed 50% at written acceptance and 50% at the agreed review milestone. No funds are requested before the signed scope.
New findings do not automatically enlarge the scope. We ask for separate written approval for extra hours, third-party data expenses or a new stage.
Our work covers factual research, sourcing of evidence and decision support. We do not provide loans, underwriting, financing promises, legal advice, regulated valuation or financial certification.
Delivery targets begin once scope, agreed payment and lawful source access are complete. An unavailable source remains an explicit gap, not a favourable assumption.
