Common client questions

Is this a regulated professional opinion?

No. No debt collection, insolvency-practitioner services or unlicensed private asset tracing.

What is the smallest initial engagement?

Distress & Entity Situation Brief is the first defined decision route. Scope, sources, delivery and fixed fee require written human approval.

What information must I send?

A named decision, subject identity, transaction or event timing, up to three claims, relevant jurisdiction and documents you are lawfully entitled to share.

Can a negative search prove there is no risk?

No. Registry coverage, access, timing and name resolution are checked and stated as limitations.

How is contradictory evidence handled?

Contrary records are mapped to the same claim. Alternative interpretations are described separately from observed facts.

Can Aperture process a recurring caseload?

A bounded repeat-file pilot or watch can be considered where records and review capacity support it. No 24/7, automated screening or real-time alert guarantee is promised.

Will you send a completed report automatically after contact?

No. A written matter must be accepted first. A defined source scope, fee and deadline are approved before the investigation starts.

How is data handled?

Only lawful and necessary information is accepted. Sensitive records, licensing requirements, retention terms, independence and conflicts are checked at intake.
