Aperture confirms the matter, scope and amount in writing before material work begins. One Aperture Research Credit equals US$1 of prepaid service value where Research Credits are used.
South Africa / ZAR
For an approved South African payment route, request the correct PayFast or other confirmed payment instruction in writing.
Bank / SWIFT
For larger or approved bank payments, request the current bank or SWIFT instruction directly from Aperture. Do not rely on banking details copied from an old message.
Quote or invoice
If you already have a quote or invoice, include its reference so the correct payment route can be confirmed against the written commercial record.
Payment proof is not payment confirmation. Work begins only after the relevant payment state and engagement controls are confirmed in the Aperture record.
